PHASE A

GEOMETRIC-ABSTRACT

PHASE B

SUTURAL

PHASE C

RESIDUAL

The struggle with matter is a constant human activity, and when it has no practical purpose, it becomes an art form, sculpture, and it gives, with its 3 dimensions, what painting, with its two-dimensional convention, does not give: the sense of space.
Architecture, with its kinetic-penetrating quality, and sculpture, with its visible overview, stimulate the sense of space and time, the sense of our own existence.

1st PHASE

Geometric - Abstract

"Μηδείς Αγεωμέτρητος Εισίτω".
This phrase, on the entrance to Plato's Academy, constitutes the core of this first sculptural period.

Introduction

"Μηδείς Αγεωμέτρητος Εισίτω".
This phrase, on the entrance to Plato's Academy, constitutes the core of this first sculptural period.

Theme

This phrase coincides in time with the dynamics of the early period, where the erotic element dominates, in a more general sense and related themes.

Rendering

The relationship with the profession brings direct contact and familiarity with the material and its behaviors. In this phase, marble has the primacy and exclusivity.

Texts

This geometric representation, which dominates the entire artistic process, strengthens the human geometric instinct and helps with aesthetic balance. At the same time, the abstract mood overcomes useless details and directs the essence of the work.
Ταυτόχρονα και η αφαιρετική διάθεση ξεπερνά τις ανώφελες λεπτομέρειες και κατευθύνει την ουσία του έργου.

2nd Phase

Sutural

Abstract and non-abstract compositions from a variety of materials and a narrative approach.

Introduction

Abstract and non-abstract compositions from a variety of materials and a narrative approach.

Theme

They are subjects from the late period of his life. There is thematic variety in three basic categories of materials: stone, wood, plastic. Complementary thematics are the compositions of musical instruments in an attempt to underline the global perception of the identity of art.

Rendering

The themes are implemented from diverse materials of all kinds, such as industrialized commercial materials that are related, mainly, to the office's construction activity.

Texts

The literary quality is projected as a view of life and is therefore reflected in all areas of artistic activity. The sculptural result in this phase is a synthetic impression of heterogeneous materials-objects that determine the artistic identity of the work.
At this stage, the sculptural result is a composite rendering, formed from disparate materials and objects, that defines the artistic identity of the work.

3rd Phase

Residual

It is a phase of reckoning. It is a phase of settling down and focusing on the concentration and exploitation of every quality frog found in human existence.

Introduction

It is a phase of reckoning. It is a phase of settling down and focusing on the concentration and exploitation of every quality frog found in human existence.

Theme

Abstract shapes and compositions. Non-realistic depictions that evoke relief and often holographic images.

Rendering

They are residues of industrial processing (laser-water cutting) of frames made of wood, marble, aluminum, iron, expanded polystyrene, plexiglass.

Texts

They are the remains of cutting products. They are created when the desired pieces are removed from the plates of various materials. The void with what remains as material can potentially constitute a work of art. They are the two basic components of our life. They coexist to determine the framework of our life. Human waste is the useless products of a natural evacuation, whatever energy remains seek their outlet in order to justify the duration of life.
